This will be established real soon but ghosts are generally just stronger than normal people and recover from injuries faster (Alex’s broken arm isn’t that big of a deal either)
If you trigger the virus in a certain way you end up with a bonus quirk though. Jon is extra strong, the chief has fast reflexes, and Chie will have [something] too

Not sure if I can explain but I feel like it’s a defining trait for him. He just does shit without hesitating (or waiting for anyone’s approval). Same with the earlier parts where he kicks the door in or tackles Chie. Very fun to write too haha
