do you ever just ship your own characters and draw fanart for it and be sad because you don't want it to be canon but it just gives you so many feels, and do you ever make useless AUs for your canon and then cry because you love it so much but it can never be real
I don’t get it. Is that a common thing?
If I ship something, I make it canon :’D And if I can’t make it canon, I’ll just move on and… kinda stop caring about it? Is that weird?
Granted I’m not an active shipper with any fiction and even if I do have an OTP, it’s usually canon to begin with, so… yeah I guess I’m sorta boring that way
I sometimes get people asking about this so here’s a fun fact: Jon wasn’t born with white hair. I like realism/logic so of course I can’t let a detail like this come out of nowhere. Still, it’s sort of a mystery whether the change has more to do with the virus or normal pigment loss… in any case this is a character who’ll have a number of flashbacks so it’s only convenient that he’d look slightly different in each

I love Jasper ! He looks so nice and he is really charming >w< Is he still going to be around, or is he one of those characters who we don't see anymore after a few moments ?
Aaahh I’m glad you like him but I can’t say for sure what I’m going to do with this character!
Originally he was a last-minute addition to Chapter 2 to provide some exposition but he ended up growing into something more. Jasper’s an useful character in that way though; he’s just a humble odd-job dude who’s always available when Chie needs someone to talk (and vent) to. Also he’s the only one who’s below Chie in the ranks so that’s an interesting detail too
I doubt he’ll disappear but he won’t be a major player in the plot either… There’s a way I could write Jasper a nice little subplot of his own but we’ll see if I can sneak it into the comic smoothly :)
Aaand I’m done! It’s a nightmare to fit this into tumblr format though… maybe splitting would’ve been wiser
