I figured this might be useful to share because I’m a procrastinating piece of shit and other people might be struggling with the same problem

Make a calendar where you keep track of stuff you do each day. Give a separate color to each project (or other such thing) you should work on. Every time you do something, mark it with a little square for every hour you spend doing it. It feels nice to earn those squares (and you’ll quickly develop a discomfort with blank days :d) EDIT: Remember to only have an easy goal like one or two squares each day. “Today I’m gonna be productive for ten hours!!” will only create pressure and discourage you from even starting

I’m still pretty lazy though, but at least this experiment has given me a better perspective of it haha
