Most of the Cypress folks (especially rookies) live in cheap apartment buildings downtown, though some of them move out to nicer places once they can afford it

Hmmm that’s very close, maybe add a couple years to each :D though I didn’t expect Jon to look quite that old haha. I was going for more like 30-35
