Ahh I’m glad you’re asking all the right questions, clever anon! Cypress law enforcement is a relatively new thing the Chief created herself. The ghosts used to have a role in society in the past as well, but most of that history has been lost and forgotten over time. I’d love to tell you more but it’s too soon for that :D
