Anonymous asked you: You said that ghost virus has existed for c. 500 years. Is the status of ghosts in the society worse or better now than it was in ancient times? Also, have ghosts always been used as some sort of “fighting force?” Like, I can imagine medieval ghosts working as mercenaries or something.
Ahh I’m glad you’re asking all the right questions, clever anon! Cypress law enforcement is a relatively new thing the Chief created herself. The ghosts used to have a role in society in the past as well, but most of that history has been lost and forgotten over time. I’d love to tell you more but it’s too soon for that :D
