Well, you’re right. There is kind of a lighthearted flavor especially in chapter 1 because I don’t want to drown the reader in bad feels right from the start :) I still felt like slipping a little hint of questionable morals in there, though

Good point! The thing is, though, that Jon won’t actually kill anyone (at this point of the story) so I’ll have to be, uh… a little creative when exhibiting his more malicious tendencies

True. I guess it’s a fair fight in a sense; at least Jon didn’t start it. But he’s still completely wiping the floor with everyone so I can’t help but feel a little sorry <:)

I’ve noticed with some old action films that bad guy minions die with such over-the-top frequency that it’s a little depressing really! Seems like you don’t get that with newer films anymore.
