Completely and totally bastardized version of Chie from the comic Phantomland (I’m sorry). Reason behind this is that I was looking at some courier bags today and saw one called the “Runner”, then I started going off into some la-la land where Chie was a super-speedy-on-foot delivery girl of some kind. Glad I finally got to start reading these as a Christmas present! I’ll draw actual fanart next time, Ms. Maaria!
