Sometimes it’s hard to be so invested into your own comic. I must think about the plot and the characters practically 24/7 and it kinda feels like you are in a fandom no one really knows about or cares to discuss. I mean just to give an example, as I listen to “Sunshine”OST there’s this track...
Hah yes this sounds very familiar. Most of the time when I daydream, I daydream about my comic :-D But it’s a good thing I’ve still got my passion for this project after 3+ years.
Also I sometimes get really giddy and excited when I think up a new plot development but there’s NO ONE I can share it with! Very frustrating. Yet even if I did tell someone, they’d just go “oh okay…” because none of this sounds very impressive in plain words and out of context.
The only solution is to keep drawing until I get to the good part :( Such is life
