Aaaand I’m not comfortable here. 90% of the people at my course are once again really “business” and aim to work at publishers or marketing or webdesign or some other serious designer shit
Feeling kinda alienated because what’s my ambition? My ambition is to not end up working 9 to 5 at some kind of office cubicle

I don’t say this often enough but thank you so much for all the notes and comments! I was having a crappy day and there’s just nothing better to lift the mood than a reminder that someone out there appreciates my drawings and characters and stories. I tend to forget because I’m an insecure scatterbrain I guess. But if you as much as remember the name of my OC I’ll bounce off the walls because it is very flattering let me tell you
Basically it’s 6am over here and I can’t sleep because I’m having such a darned happy moment all of a sudden. So yeah just wanted to let you know that these things mean a lot to me!

There was a flashback episode where Mike is still proudly working for the bad guys but then comes a day when he’s ordered to demolish a building full of people
Mike is like “no” and Kane is like “what’s wrong with you Mike why won’t you kill a few dozen people for no reason”
and that’s when Mike knows in his heart that he must quit and become Jesus good guy
That pretty much sums up the narrative depth of this series
HOWEVER I’m still willing to watch this show for the animation and character designs. And Duke of Detroit. Daaay-um they are nice
I've recently become quite interested in Phantomland and it's truly magnificent! I was just wondering if you could perhaps pronounce Chie's name. I've come up with three different pronunciations and would appreciate an official one! ((Sorry if you've already answered this..))

Chie is a Japanese name so I assumed most people familiar with anime would know how it’s pronounced, but… I guess for an English speaker it sounds something like chee-eh?
hello! would it be all right with you if somebody cosplayed as a phantomland character? i feel like you've answered a similar ask before, but i wanted to check before i made any concrete plans :-) it's one of my favorite things out there and i'd love to cosplay as chie someday
