opuk0 asked:

ALTERNATE UNIVERSE BIRB (DAS ME) INQUIRES AS TO WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SUBJECT TO MAKE A VISUAL PHOTOCOPY ONTO PAPER VIA HAND-GUIDED DRAWING STICK (pls and thank you -birb)

MY PREFERRED SUBJECT IS VARIOUS FORMS OF HOMO SAPIENS WHICH A KEEN OBSERVER MIGHT NOTICE

BUT ESPECIALLY FACIAL FEATURES BECAUSE HAVING A DECENT GRASP OF THAT SHIT CAN TRULY IMPROVE AND COMPLETE A CHARACTER DESIGN

Btw if you guys had any questions for me but were too embarrassed to ask or whatever, I’ve enabled anonymous asks (for now) so go ahead!

Thaaaat’s a good idea on paper! But I only have like 5-10 pages thumbnailed in advance at any time haha. I like being able to change my plans at the last minute so thumbing an entire 50-60 page chapter would compromise that. I guess one solution would be to look at my script in detail and make a careful estimate of pages for each scene, idk

As much as I love decompression in comics I’ve actually been pretty bad at it so far. Mostly because I have a page limit for each chapter and I’m afraid of going over, so I tend to make the pacing super tight and cramped just in case.

With this chapter I’m trying to pay more attention to the issue so you’ll probs get more of these “slow” moments. Hopefully I’ll get used to drawing more pages each week to compensate  (・_・;)

Huh thanks for bringing this up! I assumed it would clash with Tracon again but this year it won’t. I’ll apply for a table, let’s see what happens!

death-and-axes asked:

Idk how I didn't know about your comic until today. But IT IS SO GREAT. My main question is about how everyone and their mother has little mole marks by their eyes. Is it a mole? Is it just a stylistic thing? Idk why it caught my attention but it did ahaha. Anyways I really love your comic! Thank you!

Hello new reader!! Thank you so much!

Haha everybody keeps asking that. I’ve covered this in the FAQ but basically it’s just a simple cue to tell the ghosts and normal people apart.

In canon it’s technically a skin condition but there’s a little bit of lore attached to it. According to legend it’s a second pair of eyes, gifted by a mysterious entity for mysterious reasons :U

Phantomland books are available for mail order once again! I coded the new order form mostly by myself - it SHOULD be working alright, but if you don’t get an email response from me within a day or two, sorry for the inconvenience and please consider re-sending your order ;;;;

ered-jaeger answered: you can create the invoice at paypal directly - it’s under the request money tab!

yinza said: The PP site specifically says if you don’t have a tracking number to mark the invoice as “Order Processed/Service Rendered” (though this is still under “Add Tracking Info” which is a little confusing). It’s the same option as for digital delivery.

proteesiukkonen answered: With PayPal, it’s never a good idea to pretend anything beccause it makes it look like you might be scamming people or PayPal, and that’s when they start giving you trouble.

Okay this stuff’s starting to make more sense, I think I know what I’m doing now. Fingers crossed that things will go smoothly. Thanks for all your help people!

tumblueberry answered: Paypal is apparently being more strict about the usage of their site, so pick something “legal” in exchange of the goods. If they see something suspicious, the sue could be like 2000€. I think it’s better to send clients an invoice they have to pay :)

Oh god I’m a little nervous now haha. Does it count as an “invoice” if I send people emails detailing how much they owe me? Because that’s how I’ve done it so far

I found out that if you include a home address when paying for goods & services, Paypal might then expect to know every detail, tracking info etc. about the package that’s being sent. The thing is I AM sending physical books but I don’t have any papers about them aside from the receipt I get at the post office ( ̄□ ̄;)

Soooo I guess it would be smarter to just pretend I’m selling non-physical goods to avoid that hassle??

Heyyy anyone familiar with Paypal! I’m gonna start selling books again with people sending payments to my account, was there something I should be aware of lest Paypal gets suspicious and takes my money away? I kinda recall there was something but can’t remember?
