Anonymous asked: I just read new updates of chapter 3. Chief said that it is illegal to take photos of Cypress officers, or to even mention them in the media. Does that mean that the general public denies the existence of ghosts, like invalids in North Korea?

Anonymous asked: I've been wondering for a while... how is Jon's name pronounced? Is it "Jon" with an English "j" sound (like in bluejay) or is it with an English "y" sound (since I know in different languages, "j" can make a "y" sound). Ahaha sorry for the confusing explanation.

Anonymous asked: What places have influenced you most in designing the world of Phantomland? One review in the net said that Santa Luison's architecture, narrow streets and veranda cafés resemble Middle or Southern Europe, but I also remember you mentioning in Deviantart that you've also looked at Helsinki when designing buildings (especially Cypress HQ).

Anonymous asked: A while ago, you told that average people sense that there is something "wrong" about Ghosts. Does this mean that animals avoid them as well? That could cause problems for law enforcement work, though... I mean, then Cypress couldn't use dogs to trail and catch criminals.

Anonymous asked: How does the Ghost virus spread? Is it air-borne, touch or something else? Can it infect animals, as well? Does anyone know where it originated from? I have a vague theory that it could've been created in a lab for some purpose...

Anonymous asked: I have a question. If a citizen of foreign country catches the ghost virus while visiting Santa Luison, will this cause diplomatic problems between countries?

Wowwww anon you have quite a wild subconscious to have dreamed that! Thanks for sharing… I was sorta dreading the day I’d end up creating the inevitable school au but IT’S RIGHT HERE…. although in my version Alex is the obligatory popular kid and Jon is a terrifying P.E. teacher

Anonymous asked you:
It was said in the beginning that ghosts would be sent back if they had any recollection of their past lives. But if they are still ghosts carrying the virus, then how would they be allowed to be sent back? .__.
Memory loss just happens to be a simple way to confirm the infection. If the person remembers something (= very rare), chances are their immune system somehow...

adrhaze said: Wow 8| I’m moving to finland if this is possible there.
I’ll just clarify it’s not an obscenely large amount of money; most of it will be spent for printing, though that alone is a great help for a low-profile author like myself :-D
I don’t imagine it’s a particularly Finland-exclusive thing for organizations to grant money for science/culture projects...

Anonymous asked: Is the cane some sort of symbol of power for Cypress chief, for her predecessor had it, too? Speaking of which, younger chief is probably your most beautiful female character :)

memokkeen asked: I just re-read Phantomland... Ok I do remember it's good stuff and that's why I bought it, but seriously this stuff just... BLOWS MY MIND. Like I'd expect Finnish self-made manga to be kinda so-so or lacking in some parts, art or story-wise but Phantomland flows, it clicks, it WORKS it's beautiful magic, and I am left craving for more. Seriously, I will buy every single volume...

colorlessheart asked: Alright well,I know Jon most likely enjoys being a drunkard,chain-smoker and working alone but for some reason he just looks tried and lonely. Though that's probably just my opinion but am I some what right on that opinion?

annalandin said: You haven’t read the books, eh? Ah well. Let’s just say that I always assume a tragic end for ALL characters, until proven otherwise.
I finished the fifth book yesterday… Obviously anyone could die at any given moment but it doesn’t bother me; I prefer to be optimistic towards my favorite characters, though honestly I don’t even mind if they die because...

Hahaa not joking at all! It’s a popular ship though, isn’t it? Who could resist the thought of an ugly chick getting some love u////u
Shit I can’t wait for S3, apparently GRRM himself will write the episode with the best Brienne/Jaime parts…..
